- A measuring tape with metric rule.
- A minimum of two straight edges that are at least one metre long.
- Somebody to help you measure as the measurements need to be totally accurate.
Measuring Width & Length of Spa (A & B)
You must Measure the Spa Width from outside to outside edge, using an upright ruler to allow for
any flares in the lid.

Height of Lip (C)
 |
Length of Sides (D1, D2, D3 & D4)
For Hexagonal, Octagonal and Other SpasNote: Length of sides are always equal
 |
Radius of Corners (R)
Note: We only accept radius corner measurements as shown below
 |
Position of Controls
For Hexagonal, Octagonal and Other Spas
Note: If your buttons are higher than 28mm above the spa you will require this measurement
 |
Length and width (A & B) (ensure that both these measurements are checked, even if they look the same it is vital that both A & B are measured individually). This also applies to round/oval spas.
(Refer to Diagram 1.)
Height of the lip is also an important measurement that needs to be accurate.
(Refer to Diagram 2.)
Length of Sides D1, D2, D3 & D4 spa with more than 4 sides (hexagonal or octagon) will need each side accurately measured.
(Refer to Diagram 3.)
Radius of the corners this measurement applies to spas that have rounded corners. We will only accept measurements as shown in Diagram 4.
(Refer to Diagram 4.)
Position of controls need to be measured as well if your button/s are higher than 28mm, this allows the foam core of the spa cover to be modified to fit over the controls.
(Refer to Diagram 5.)
When a spa has a curved corner, the extended corner is where the straight edges would meet had the corner been straight. (Refer to A1 in Diagram 4.)
